Office for Women’s Careers The CDI houses the Office for Women’s Careers (OWC), which serves to support women faculty/trainees with professional and leadership development. The OWC sponsors the Women’s Leadership Program and the Women in Medicine and Science Symposium . For New Residents Learn what it’s like for residents to work, live and play in Boston . We strive to provide the best supports for our physicians-in-training, including a Resident Stipend Program as well as childcare and other resources .
